After months of uncertainty and fear, Toyota understood just what it meant to have Australia’s most popular game back in our lives.

‘We Bounce Back’ is a sponsorship-led brand campaign that centres on the simple, introspective moments shared by the Australian football community. Players, umpires, fans and families emerge from forced hibernation and mentally prepare for the resumption of play. 

Together we’re getting back to training, dusting off supporter gear, bouncing the Sherrin and honing our skills, all the while counting the days, hours and minutes until the first bounce of the first game. 

Gemba set out to create a film to capture the spirit of the return of Australia’s game, brought to life by footy’s biggest supporter –  Toyota.
