…in the bathroom, while getting a haircut or at the cinema? These questions have sparked debate around the world. This year’s ‘Get Your Hand Off It’ social campaign interacts with Swans fans by putting star players in different scenarios and asking fans whether it’s appropriate or inappropriate to be using their phone.

Each Instagram Poll is followed by a final driving behaviour question ‘is it ok to use your phone while driving?’ to which there’s no debate.

While funny on the surface, the engaging campaign is an important reminder for young drivers to limit their distractions on the road and to think twice before using their phone while driving.

The Instagram Polls were supported by a hero ad starring Kieren Jack and a series of seasonal ‘safe driving’ video messages delivered by the players to the fans.
